GROUP VISITS

The Stained Glass Museum is a unique attraction and popular destination for visiting groups. If you'd like to visit The Stained Glass Museum as a group, please get in contact with using the form below.

Group Admission prices

Groups of 10 or more adults/students (under 16) are eligible for reduced group admission of £5.50 per adult but must book in advance. (Please note tour fees also apply if you are booking a guided tour).
For groups of children and young people please see our Learning page

Access and group size

The museum is located on an upper level of Ely Cathedral and the only access is via a staircase of 40 steps. Find out more about Access. As the main gallery is narrow, in order to protect the collection and enable you to have the best visit possible, we can only accommodate groups of 15 (maximum) at one time. We request that larger groups are split into smaller groups of up to 15. Entrance to the Stained Glass Museum can be staggered. If you are combining your visit with another attraction in Ely, such as Ely Cathedral, Ely Museum, or Oliver Cromwell House, groups can be split.
